An Evolving Business
Since starting back in 1997 my goal has always been to have a happy customer, even if repairs were only temporary but at least the customer had an appliance they could use to help keep their business operating.
Along the way I’ve received training with many different companies including factory based training in the country of origin for particular appliances, and trainers from these companies also performing training right here in Oz.
Always looking to broaden my knowledge with current and new equipment I’ve constantly aimed to learn the latest and most advanced repairing and diagnosing techniques from those who manufacture and design the equipment.
And being able to offer appliance repairs of even benchtop equipment like commercial toasters, coffee machine and commercial Mixers and Stick blenders just to name a few.
And being a current warranty service agent for Robot Coupe, Roband, Norris Dishwashers , this means direct access to parts and technical information to make your breakdown time the shortest possible .
